Toronto Indoor Soccer League Recap: Sunday Night Division East & West – Week 3

Week 3 Indoor Soccer Recap

Sunday night indoor soccer in Toronto continues to build momentum as Week 3 delivered goals, tight contests, and meaningful movement in both Division East and Division West. Teams from Scarborough, Markham, North York, East York, and Pickering traded chances and points in matches that stayed competitive until the final whistle. With the playoff race beginning to take shape, every result now carries added significance across the GTA indoor soccer scene.

Division East

Amigos FC vs. High North

Amigos FC continue to set the early pace. Their 2–2 draw with High North didn’t add another win, but it reinforced their consistency. With fifteen goals in three matches, the duo of J. Hashimi and M. Amer remains difficult for defenses to contain. High North earned a valuable point as M. Rafay and D. Bayer Vieira found the net, showing signs of improved game management.

Bafana vs. We Dem Boys

Bafana stay level with Amigos after a composed 4–2 win over We Dem Boys. D. Armenis led the way with two goals, supported by A. Bandani and N. Collins. With thirteen goals scored and only eight conceded, Bafana look balanced and confident. We Dem Boys remain competitive, with C. Wattson and O. Masunda keeping their attack lively.

Ballers FC vs. Mandem FC

Ballers FC delivered the standout result of the night with a dominant 6–1 win over Mandem FC. Six different players—V. Mamugan, S. Sivasritharan, A. Suresh, L. Puveendran, D. Antonypillai, and N. Fernando—found the scoresheet, showcasing impressive depth. Mandem’s lone goal came from S. Ahmad, and despite the loss, their ten goals this season suggest potential once they tighten up defensively.

Markham Asylum vs. Guanacos FC

Markham Asylum secured a meaningful 3–2 win over Guanacos FC. Goals from C. Mazzuca, M. Him, and A. Mansoor helped restore belief within the squad. Guanacos, still seeking their first win, continue to show resilience through B. Martinez and E. Guerra Jr., with six goals in three matches reflecting their persistent effort.

Division West

OG United vs. Metro FC

OG United remain steady at the top after a controlled 2–0 win over Metro FC. Goals from K. Rudran and A. Wisuvanathan highlighted their efficiency. With eight goals scored and only five conceded, OG United continue to show strong tactical awareness. Metro FC defended well for long stretches and remain one adjustment away from turning results around.

Black Aces vs. Toronto Phoenix FC

Black Aces kept pace with OG United thanks to a commanding 4–0 victory over Toronto Phoenix FC. K. Hu delivered a standout hat trick, supported by N. Martinez Gonzalez. With ten goals in just two matches, Black Aces are among the league’s most dangerous sides. Toronto Phoenix continue to work hard, and that persistence often pays off as the season progresses.

Kroos Control vs. Joey’s Team

Kroos Control and Joey’s Team played to a balanced 1–1 draw. P. Kuhen and M. Apostoli traded goals in a match that reflected the tight nature of the standings. Kroos Control now sit on five points with only two goals conceded all season, while Joey’s Team remain within striking distance of the top three.

Final Thoughts

As Week 3 wraps, the standings tell only part of the story.
